Shipping and Payment

Delivery
Due to the difference in size of each item shipping is calculated after we receive your order. We aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving your email or 'phone enquiry. Depending on value and size, ironmongery and other smaller items are sent directly to you using Royal Mail/Parcel Force. For larger items we either deliver ourselves, or arrange carriage through reputable carriers.

Payment
After you have used the cart to make an enquiry we will contact you regarding the order and agree a payment method. This may be by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
